Scope and Content

(i) John Trevor of Allington, lordship of Bromfield, gent.

(ii) John ap David ap Madoc of Cobham Iscoed in the said lordship, freeholder.

All the lands, meadows and pastures which were held by John ap Richard Trevor, father of (i), in Iscoed and Cobham Iscoed within the lordship of Bromfield.

Term: 7 years and thereafter a further 17 years.

Rent: 102s and later 10 marks.

Consideration: £6 and 6marks 10s.

Rents to be paid in the chapel of St Peter on Marford Green and (ii) to leave the houses on the land at the end of the term in as good a state as they are now.
