Scope and Content

(i) Robert Trevor of Hope Medachied, co. Flint, esq., and John Trevor, his son and heir, gent.

(ii) Edward Trevor of Chirk, co. Denbigh, and John Trevor, his son and heir, cousins of (i).

(i)'s part of the waste ground called Gwern Halchton which John Trevor [of] Trevalyn, John Trevor Fachan, Roger Trevor and Meredith Trevor, their kinsmen, trod out, measured and staked in the township of Brynkinallt, Chirk, co. Denbigh.

Term: 30 years.

Rent: 20s.

Condition that (ii) must not fell any oak timber only lop branches from the same.
