Scope and Content

(i) Katherine verch Ellis ap Gruffith of Abenbury Fechan, co. Denbigh, widow of Mathew ap Gruffith ap Robert and one of the daughters of Ellis ap Gruffith, deceased, and Morgan Mathew of the same place, gent., her son.

(ii) William ap Madoc ap John and William Wilkinson.

All (i)'s messuages and lands in Marchwiel and Abenbury Fechan or elsewhere within the lordship of Bromfield, co. Denbigh, to (ii) upon trust to hold for the use of (i) for their lives and thereafter to the use of Elizabeth and Katherine, daughters of the said Morgan.

Consideration: previous marriage of Morgan Mathew and Dowse, his late wife.
