All (i)'s part of the woods and wastes in Hope Owen and Estyn [co. Flint], being one quarter of that which (i) inherited from his father, except a plot of waste in Hope Owen called Rhosbronet.

Witnesses: Youan [?Ieuan] de Wrotton, then steward of Hope, Madoc Foel ap Gruffith ap Llewelyn, Meredith, his brother, Bleddyn ap Ieuaf Goch, Griffith ap Philip, Ieuan, his son, and Madoc, his brother.
