Tyst o sion ap Rys o dre lales ag a ddafydd thomas dafydd ag o Thomas howel llen ac o gryffyth treharn per me thomam Johnes' (p. 176). P. 1 is inscribed 'Moses Wiliams A.M., R.S. Soc. Ex dono D. J. Powell [of Talgarth - see Llanstephan MSS 27, 41, 45]'.
