Carmarthen, now of 14 Bedford Square, Middlesex, articled clerk. 2 Edward Drake Brockman of Hythe, Kent, esq. 3 Phillips Monypenny of the same place, esq. Grant by 1 to 2 of an annuity of £70 charged on the estate, and Demise by 1, on nomination of 2 to 3, as trustee, of the said estate, for a term of 100 years, for better securing the payment of an annuity. Consideration: £800. Endorsed with a Notice that the estate charged by the deed was conveyed to Sarah Brock on trust for sale by deed of 7 Oct. 1875 (no. 13).
