Assignment by 1, as executors of Charles Price (party 2 in no. 4) now dec., to 3 of the annuity of £75 granted by no. 4, and Assignment by 2, at request of 1, and nomination of 3 to 4, of the estate for the remainder of the term of 100 years, in trust to better secure the payment of the annuity.
