From Peter Bandler, University of Toronto, asks for advice in connection with the resubmission of his MA thesis, where there is a problem with his differential equations. He queries if the problem was a lack of machine results. Turing's reply, which he admits may not be "very helpful", says it was more than this, and the problem has now been passed to another research student. Turing suggest that he might submit for an equivalent degree at Toronto. [Bandler was a graduate of the University of Manchester. He took his MA in 1957.]
