Refers to his possession in fee simple of Derry Issa in Llandyfrydog; also entitled to £100 secured by a mortgage made to him by John Radford on some houses on Puddledock Hill, London; also entitled to £250 bank stock. All estate during her natural life to his wife Frances; after her decease to his various nephews Henry Owen, Owen Owen and others. Proved at London, 7 March, 1758.
