The premises is described as measuring 33ft by 64, with a dwelling-house built thereon, and adjoining premises called the Cellar.

Also, lease by W.L. Hughes of Kinmel Park to John Davies, carpenter, for 60 years, with power to re-value at the end of 21 years (20 March, 1826) ; assignment by John Davies to Hugh Williams, mariner, of Bangor, for a consideration of £300 (24 May 1827); mortgage by way of assignment by H.Williams to Edwin Holford, schoolmaster, and others; consideration, £360 (25 May 1827); assignment by H. Williams of the equity of redemption to various trustees of a Bangor building society; consideration, £388.4.0 (20 February 1833); then an assignment by these trustees to John Edwards of Hendre Ucha, parish of Abergele (15 October 1835); finally, a receipt signed by John Edwards for £250 received from Lady Dinorben as executrix of the late Lord Dinorben "in full discharge and compensation for all liability of his Lordship to me as assignee of a certain indenture of lease dated 20 March 1826, under the covenant for quiet enjoyment, etc. (3 July 1855).
