The series contains a TS draft of ‘Goodbye soldier’, volume 6 of Milligan’s ‘War Memoirs’, and various personal photographs. Contained in a box file with an original handwritten label by Milligan: ‘GOODBYE | SOLDIER | original | MS. VI | No Photos [crossed out] | PHOTOS’. Another handwritten label, since overlaid by that just described, with a list of various names and titles presumably related to Milligan’s work, since faded and crossed out with a single red line. ‘1/1’ at the top in black ink and ‘29’ at the bottom in red pencil.
