He had been in various countries of the Russian Empire: Petersburg, Moscow, Kharkov and the Caucasus. Kupernik envies Anna and envies Paris because it is with Anna. He has not heard from Adolph recently. He sends greetings to Anna's sister. Dated 11 Feb 1879.
