Dr. Resch describes the suffering and wretchedness of the poor children of Vienna and appeals to Brodsky for help. He mentions that Max Graf with whom Resch has entrusted the theatre and music lectures for the child action, will also be in touch with Brodsky on the subject of aid for the children.
