Estreat frm the court roll of the manor of Lanvair Discoed, recording:. A. Surrender by William Gibbon of the town of Carleon, co. Monmouth, gent., by Moses Edward, his attorney, and Rebecca, wife of the said William Gibbon, of seven prcels of land called Vpper gosty field, Lower gosty field, Kae twlk, Kae'r Kelin, the two acres and a half, the one acre and a half, and talken Tarow and another parcel in a place called Maeskenol, all in the parish of Lanvair Discoed, and the admission thereunto of Edward Williams late of Chepstow, co. Monmouth, and now of the city of London, gent., by Thomas Stedder, junior, gent., his attorney. Latin. B Defeazance of the surrender contained in a. above, on payment of £270.
