1 Henry Whalley Woodforde of 14 Red Lion Sq[uare], co. London, solicitor, and Henry Cha[rke]s Fry of Clevedon, co. Somerset, esq. 2 John Milton Griffiths of 22 Stow Park Avenue, Newport, co. Monmouth, Caleb Hughes Griffiths of [blank], Newport, and Joshua Picton Griffiths and James Hervy Griffiths both of 22 Stow Park Avenue aforesaid, trading as 'Griffiths & Sons'. Conveyance (pursuant to the trusts of the will, 25 April, 1846, of Edwin Carter formerly of the town of Chepstow, co. Monmouth, later of Clifton in the city and county of Bristol, esq., and also pursuant to an order in Chancery, 1 March, 1905, in the action of Carter v. Carter) of a piece of wharf land having a frontage to the river Severn, and a close of accommodation grazing land adjoining property of the Newport Docks Company and others, all in the parish of Nash, co. Monmouth, being Lot 2 of the real estate of the said testator put up for sale by public auction on 28 March, 1906. Copy.
