Estreat from the court roll of the manor of Lisswerry, co. Monmouth, recording the surrender by John Nash of the parish of Magor, gent., only son and customary heir of Samuel Nash formerly of the parish of Nash, gent., deceased, of seven closes of land called Picked lane Farm, a messuage and parcels of land, and three parcels of land, all in the parish of Nash, to the use of Paul Morgan of Chepstow, esq.
