Scope and Content

Drawing of medial view of brain at post mortem with a cavity where a tumour has been removed and a smaller drawing in the bottom left corner of the removed specimen. Annotations on the back read "77/44 Ependymoma IV ventricle 53030208, Jefferson M.R.I", "Patient's name 1944", and "the little girl in S1F. Ependymoma (I believe) from a complete cast of IVth ventricle one half. There should be an arrow to show the tumour belongs to the large cavity of IVth V." The latter comment is in Geoffrey Jefferson's hand.
