Scope and Content

Containing details of expenses paid during journeys to Salop and London e.g. dinner, coach, wine, snuff. Early entries are cancelled and some contain the number of miles travelled and the time taken to ride. Includes also information of writs received after the Assizes in April 1706 and of processes out of the exchequer executed in March 1706
