Scope and Content

Letter relating to news of the brethren in Buffalo, Stayner Collingwood and Orillia, with reference to Mrs [Claus], the Adamsons, the Gansbeys, whose son was killed by a freight car at Oakland, Captain Macmannus, and the death of a Mr Talyor. There is discussion of Grant’s brother’s intention to begin to practice as a homeopath, and intention of trying to pass his degree, should his health permit it, the improvement of his sister Fanny’s health There is reference to a hymn book to be brought out by the Episcopalian church, entitled Hymns Ancient and Modern.
