Scope and Content

Letter relating to news of new conversions and news of the brethren in London [Ontario], with reference to the conversion of a Mrs Ritchie and a Corporal Morgan, and news of the health of Mrs Marsh, and the experiences of [unknown] Mitchell with the Evan [Evangelical] Alliance Meeting. Also included is a request for guidance and discussion of in the interpretation of scripture in relation to temptation.

The envelope is addressed to John Nelson Darby, care of Messrs Paillard and Co, 21 Maiden Lane, New York. Also included is a handwritten note by [John Nelson Darby?] which reads ‘answered January 5/[18]67’. There is also a pencil annotation reading ‘R. Grant’.
