Correspondence and minutes of meetings concerning the exhibition of forty years of London Transport posters, including an exhibition catalogue, programme, sample invitation, a press release, description of the exhibition, suggested speeches for the chairman, details of the platform party including the Prime Minister, lists of guests, opening ceremony progress reports and instructions, a leaflet advertising the exhibition, the schedule of the opening and notes on proposed press publicity.
