Bargain and sale: Sir Hugh Bethell of Ellerton, Yorks., knight; to Robert Richardson of Tollerton, Yorks., husbandman.
3 acres of arable land, now in the occupation of the said Robert Richardson, being part of 12 oxgangs of arable meadow and pasture in Alne and Tollerton, Yorks., lately part of the lands belonging to the Treasurer of York Cathedral; that is to say, in the field called Yorkebridge Field, one narrow line road lying between the lands of Thomas Atkinson and Robert Faldington; one narrow stannell lying between the lands of Thomas Atkinson and John Flawithe; one narrow beaker lying between the lands of Anthony Ferriman and Robert Faldington; one narrow pillmooreroothe lying between the lands of Robert Faldington and John Flawith; in the Weatland Field, one Rowhett rood lying between the lands of Robert Faldington and Thomas Abbaie; 1/3 of one narrow tinderlin lying between the lands of Anthony Hall and William CUndall; 1/5 of 1/2 of one narrow tinderlin lying between the lands of John Flawith and Robert Faldington; one narrow harsnebb lying between the lands of Richard Welles and Robert Faldington; one other narrow harsnebb lying bewtween the lands of John Flawith and Robert Faldington; one narrow harsnebb lying between the lands of Richard Welles and Robert Faldington; one other narrow harsnebb lying between the lands of Robert Faldington and Guy Abbaie; in the field called Bracknell Field, one narrow windell lying between the lands of William Heilde and Thomas Shipton; in the Intacke Field, one beode midlecaiull lying between the lands of Peter Man and Robert Faldington; all in Tollerton.
