Lease to the said William Lloyd and John Jones for 500 years from and after the decease of Evan Carreg, father of the said Griffith Carreg, of the capital messuage and demesne lands called Carreg Ucha in the parish of Aberdaron for the further security of the sum of £550 mentioned in an Indenture dated 11 May, 1727, made between the said Griffith Carreg (1.) William Lloyd (2.) an Evan Carreg of Carreg (3.) and also the sum of £290 mentioned in another Indenture of equal date with the present deed made between the said Griffith Carreg and the said William Lloyd, by which Indentures the said Griffith Carreg mortgaged to the said William Lloyd, his messuages and lands called Carreg Issa, Pen porthor, Ty Mawr, Tythyn Trihobbett, Tythyn Rhydlios, Bryn Eithin, Llidiarde, Ty newydd and Pen y llech in the parishes or townships of Aberdaron, Uchselah [Uwch Sely], Iselah [Is Sely], Bodryth [Bodrydd] and Bodverin [Bodferin] for 500 years.
Refers to a power reserved to the said Evan Carreg in his Marriage Settlement to demise the premises or part thereof for a term of years commencing after his death.
