(ii.) Reconveyance of the premises from Helena Catherine Powell to Rhoda Louisa Carreg of Carreg y Plas, widow, and John Evans Hughes of Derwen, Nevin, surgeon, trustees of the will of Robert Carreg, deceased (27 August 1907).
