Lease and Release by way of a settement of messuages and lands called Pen y graig in the parish of Bodferin, Hendrefor in the parish of Llangwnadle [Llangwnnadl], Glan'rafon and Pen y Bryn in Llangwnadle [Llangwnnadl], Llettu Aidda, Tyddyn Frank and Cae'r park in the parish of Bryncroes, Pen y Bryn, Deunant and Cae Meyricke in the parish of Aberdaron and Pen y Graig in the parish of Bodferin, lately purchased by the said Griffith, to the following uses:
(i.) Pen y Graig, Hendrefor, Glan'rafon, Pen y Bryn, Llettu Aidda, Tyddyn Frank, Cae'r Park, Pen y bryn, Deunant and cae Meyricke to the use of the said Griffith Thomas for life with remainder to his eldest son, Robert Thomas, subject to a power of charge for thr portioning of Catherine, Jane, Elizabeth, Margaret, Mary and Lowry, daughters of the said Griffith Thomas.
(ii.) Penygraig (purchased) to the use of Griffith Thomas for life with remainder to Edward Carreg Thomas, his son.
