Scope and Content

l. Davis Francis the younger of Swansea, Glamorgan, merchant, and Easter, his wife, Mary Ann Harries of Goodick, near Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, spinster, and David Harries of Penrhue, Pembrokeshire gentleman, the said Easter Francis, Mary Ann Harries and David Harries being the executors and residuary legatees named in the will of David Harries, late of Dinas Island in the parish of Dinas, Pembrokeshire gentleman, deceased.

2. Elizabeth Thomas of Gellydeg in the parish of Manerdivy, Pembrokeshire, widow and relict of Josiah Thomas, clerk, deceased, and also executrix named in the will of Richard Thomas of Gellydeg, gentleman, deceased.

3. Hector Davies Morgan of Castleheddingham, Essex, clerk.

4. John Owen of the town of Newport, Essex, (Pembrokeshire?), esquire.

ASSIGNMENTS, in consideration of £700, of fields called Parkybigny Ucha and Parkybigny Issa, Parkbach otherwise Parkydelin, Parky:froii Ucha and Parkyfron Issa, Miss Meads Ucha and Miss Meads Issa- - (in the Parish of St" Mary's in Cardiganshire), mortgaged for 1000 years on 5th January 1807, as here in recited, and in consideration of £400 of properties, mortgaged on 31 December 1808, as described in No. 1.
