PARTICULARS and CONDITIONS for the sale by public auction at the Swan Hotel, St. Clears of Clynfelin or Clyn Farm, Gilfach or Pentrecagal Farm, a hold called Penrhiw, now part of Gilfach and a house, gardens and fields called Waun, now part of Gilfach, all in the parish of Trelech ar Bettws, and MEMORANDUM that William Bowen Thomas of Plasyparke uchaf in the said parish was the highest bidder for and purchaser of Lot 3, being Penrhiw, at the price of £280 and had paid £28 as a deposit, the receipt of which is acknowledged.
