PRE NUPTIAL SETTLEMENT of Elliott Lloyd Price and Jane Evans Morgan whereby the following lands and monies were conveyed in trust to the uses of the marriage:-
1. Messuages and lands called Trefach and Rhiwson in the parish of Llanwenog, Cardiganshire.
2. Messuages and lands called Kilyblaidd, otherwise Cilblaidd, and those parcels of land on Pencarreg Mountain allotted by the inclosure award of common land in Pencarreg parish to Cilblaidd farm, and parcels of land near Pencarreg village called Llancourtsaith and Llanymryson, which are held in the common between Cilblaidd and Maesganol farms and those parcels of land on Pencarreg Mountain allotted in respect of Llaincoursaidd and Llainymryson, all in the parish of Pencarreg, except a small field past of Cilblaidd farm, which is in the parish of Lampeter Pontstephan, Cardiganshire and all in the possession of John Thomas, except Tanllan, Castell Coch and Red Castle which are cottages in the village of Pencarreg.
3. Messuages and lands called Bath House and Miss Meads in the parish of St. Mary’s, Cardigan, a messuage and lands called Maesgwyn in the parish of Blaenporth Cardiganshire and an undivided sixth part in messuages and lands called Gilvach Cwmeidden, Gwainyrafar, Rhydlyden, Rhydgolommen, The Red Cow Inn Glanygorse and Berllan in the parishes of Abergwilly and St. Peter’s in the borough of Carmarthen.
4. The reversion upon the death of Frances Morgan of messuages called Capelgwnda, Penygraig, Hendraws, Aberfynant and Pantygwnglwyd in the parish of Penboyr, Cardiganshire, and an undivided moiety of a messuage called Plas Aberporth in the parish of Aberporth in the said county, an undivided moiety of messuages called Gilvach Cwmeidden, Gwainyrafar, Rhydlyden, Rhydgolommen, The Red Cow Inn, Glanygorse and Berllan in the parish of Abergwilly and St. Peter’s in the borough of Carmarthen and messuages called Pentremawr, Trebwll, Blaenygorse, Foesybwga, Llwyngroes, Penrheol and Penstop and cottages called Quarrybach and the Coopers Arms in the parish of Llanpumpsaint.
5. £1,600 Mortgage money conveyed to the uses of the marriage of Walter Owen Price and Eleanor Evans, his new wife, by an indenture of 1 and 2 May 1853, as herein recited.
6. £1,000 part of the £4,000 bequeathed by Hector Davies Morgan to Maria Elizabeth Morgan and by her willed to Jane Evans Morgan and £3,000, being the residue of the said £4,000, which Maria Elizabeth Morgan bequeathed to Thomas Morgan.
