1 Henry Corbin of Seaton, Devon, surgeon. 2 Joseph Power of Colyton, builder. 3 Richard Mountstephen of Colyton, yeoman, trustee. Assignment of a term of 900 years in a m. formerly called a Manthouse, but since consisting of a m. and blacksmith's shop in the street leading to the Butts in Colyton, which said Smith's shop now forms part of a dwelling house and appointment of the properties specified in Nos 200-1.
