Llandyvallteg, gent., assignee of one Lewis John, a mortgagee of the lands and tmt of Rhyd Caer emlyn herein mentioned. 3 Owen Lewis, another son of the said George Lewis, Thomas Butler; Elizabeth his wife, daughter of the said George Lewis, and Jane and Margaret Lewis two other daughters of the said George Lewis, ?all by the said Anne his wife. 4 Lewis Philips of Kilrhyd, p. Release (being a deed of exchange) of: l a piece of a field called Park y Ty Cwrdd demised by a lease of 9 Dec. 1695, whereon Henllan meeting house, p. Henllan Amgoed, and a stable do now stand, and which is since the said demise become a burying yard, and another contiguous plot of land, both making up two roods, nineteen perches and some decimal parts of a perch, abutted on the east side by the lane leading from a bridge called Pont Loerig to a place called Ceven Brale, and on the south by the lane called Voidir y Parke leading from Henllan church to Llanvallteg bridge, and: 2 the cottage occupied by Maud Eynon, widow, and a parcel of land thereunto adjoining in a field called Blaen y Pant gwyn, part of a tmt called Plâs y Maen 1lwyd, p. Henllan Amgoed, abutted on the north side by the lane leading from Llanvallteg bridge to Llanboidy village, and acknowledged to be of double the value of the slang of ground firstly released; and a declaration that it shall be continued a place of resort for religious worship and a place of burial for protestant dissenting congregations tolerated by the laws of this kingdom.
