1 Thomas Taylor Webb, wine merchant, and David Jones, gent., both of Carmarthen, acting executors of Jane James, late of Carmarthen, innkeeper, dec. 2 William Jones of Carmarthen, gent. 3 David Jones of Wern, p. Llanarthney, gent., one of the surviving two children and administrators with the will annexed of John Jones, late of Wern aforesaid, esq., dec. 4 George Williams of Gorse, p. Llanarthney and Mary his wife, late Mary Jones, spinster, the only other child and administratrix of the said John Jones, dec. Release (being a transfer of £1,067.16.6 mortgage and further mortgage for £100.4.1) of one half part of a dwelling-house and shop called Gell Street house otherwise Celingham otherwise Gellingham House, at the lower end of Lammas Street and in Dame Street, the m's and lands called Brongoch, Barnsfield and Goldbrook otherwise the Tanhouse and Tanhouse farm and lands, in the Upper Franchise, a dwelling-house in Priory Street, and a storehouse on the West side of Quay Street with the yard on the West side thereof running down to Blue Street, c.b. Carmarthen, and of one half part of the m's and lands called Resker, Pantyfynnon, Ty Evan Rees otherwise Tyrbach Gwayn Park otherwise Gwarymynidd and Tyrbethe, and Kefenhengold otherwise Keferhangood, p. Llansadwrn.
