1 William Owen of Woodhouse, Shropshire, esq., and Rebecca, his wife, and William Owen, the younger, of Woodhouse aforesaid, esq., eldest son and heir apparent of the said William and Rebecca;. 2 Thomas Longueville Jones of Oswestry, Shropshire, gent.;. 3 Robert Watkin Wynne of Plasnewydd, co. Denb., esq., and Thomas Crewe Dod of Edge, Cheshire, esq. Lease and Release of m. called ffynnant and Llanfrogan, a capital m. or mansion house called Bryngwyn, lands adjoining the said capital m., a m. or dwelling house and smith's shop, m. called Ty Talwrn & the Dairy, and a m. in the occupation of Thomas Davies, all in p. Llanfechan, co. Mont., to make the second party a tenant of the freehold, from whom the third party were to recover the said premises to the use of the first party.
