Mont., gent.;. 3 Bell Lloyd of Bodvach, co. Mont., esq. Release of a capital m. called Plas Kynaston in p. Ruabon, co. Denb.; m's in p. Ruabon, Wrexham and Llanrhaiader in Kinmerch, co. Denb.; m's in p's Comb, Dymerchion and Northop, co. Flint; and all other the m's, etc., of the first party in cos Denb. and Flint, to the said Humphrey Humphreys in order to make him a tenant of the freehold, and a Covenant for suffering recoveries whereby Bell Lloyd was to recover the said property to the use of the first party hereto.
