Five indentures of mortgage, assignment of terms of years, etc., relating to the estates of William Mostyn of Plas Kynaston, co. Denb., esq., and William Mostyn Owen of Woodhouse, Shropshire, esq., his son and heir. The properties specified in these indentures or in recited indentures include a capital m. called Bryngwyn, a water corn mill called Trallern Mill, a quillet called Letty hene, a m. with parcels of land belonging thereto called Yr ardd Rheig, Pantyr nest, Erwyrnest, Gwerrglodd vach, Gwerrgloddy pentre and Erwi Kynant in t. Ystymgynnon, a cottage or dwelling house in t. Ystymgynon, and a m. and lands called Penypark and Skybor Goch also in Ystymgynon, all thus far in p. Llanvechan, co. Mont.; m's called ffinnant, Llys, Withcoed, Wernywiel, plas yn Ddyna and Mathrafal in p's Llanvechan and Llangynniw, co. Mont.; other m's in p's Llanvechan, Llangyniew and Llanvilling, co. Mont.; a capital m. called Plas Kynaston and mines, veins or seams of coal under lands at Plas Kynaston in p. Ruabon, co. Denb.; m. in p's Ruabon, Wrexham and Llanrhaiader in Kinmerch, co. Denb.; and m's in p's Comb., Dimerchion and Northop, co. Flint.
