Mont., gent.;. 3 Bell Lloyd of Bodvach, co. Mont., esq. Release of a capital m. called Bryngwyn, a water corn mill called Trallwrn mill, a m. in t. Ystymgynnon with parcels of land called Yr ardd Rheeg, pant yr Nest, Erw yr Nest, Gwerglodd Vach, Gwerclodd y pentre and Erwi Kynant belonging thereto, a cottage or dwelling house in t. Ystymgynnon, a quillet of land called Lletty hen, and a m., darn, etc., called pen y park and Skybor goch in Ystymgynnon aforesaid, all in p. Llanvechan, co. Mont., and m's in p's Llanvechan, Llangynies and Llanfylling in the said co., to Charles Humphreys to make him a perfect tenant of the freehold, and to enable Bell Lloyd to recover the property from him to the use of the first party hereto.
