Mont., and a discharge in respect of annuities chargeable upon the capital m. called Bryngwyn, co. Mont. with a covenant to levy a fine, etc. Endorsed with an indenture, dated 25 Aug. 1786, between the said Charles Mytton of the first part, the said John Mostyn of the second part, the said Rebecca Dodd of the third part, and the said William and Rebecca Owen of the fourth part, whereby the property was released by Charles Mytton to William Owen owing to non payment of the consideration money.
