Khan, Secretary to Mr Syed Wajid Ali, in Karachi to Auchinleck, thanking him for his letter of 1 September 1959, addressed to Syed Wajid Ali, and explaining that the latter is currently away from Karachi. Khan explains that he has forwarded Auchinleck's letter to [Wajid Ali's father] Syed Maratib Ali and expresses certainty that Syed Maratib Ali will be pleased to accommodate Auchinleck at 'Ashiana' [Lahore].
