Letter from Syed Maratib Ali in Lahore to Auchinleck, expressing his pleasure at the possibility of Auchinleck's visiting Pakistan and requesting to know the dates of his arrival at Karachi and at Lahore. He explains that the army business is no more and that they are now in industrial and commercial lines, namely, a textile mill, an oil mill at Hyderabad and the Ford Motor Company Agency for West Pakistan along with other export-import business. He also wishes Auchinleck every success in his new venture. Typescript.
