Scope and Content

Copies of agreements between EKJC and Bell and Howell; Kodak Ltd and Zeiss Ikon AG and addendums; later agreements with Zeiss Ikon for the supply of filters and films; correspondence between Kodak and Zeiss Ikon. The B. and H. and Zeiss Ikon license grant permission from Kodak for them to make 16mm cameras and projectors on a royalty free basis. Kodak agreed supply colour filters and 'Kodacolor' film in Zeiss Ikon cassettes. Kodak entered protracted negotiations with Dr Goldberg over the supply and royalty payment for colour filters.
