Scope and Content

Articles of Association of Chemische Werke Odim GmbH, 7 September 1921; photographs of the exterior and interior of the works; copy of the Agreement with Chemische Werke Odin; Credit Agreement for Kodak Ltd to grant Chemische Werke a credit facility of $400,000 for building its factory; and other agreements. The photographs include those of the newly built works, 1923 and in construction 1922. The Eastman Kodak Company undertook to purchase the entire output of photographic gelatine up to an annual quantity of 400,000lbs for a period of twenty years from 1 January 1923.
