1 William Gruffith ap Henry of Llangelynin, co. Mer., gent. 2 Richard ap Ll'n of Corys, co. Mer., yeoman. 3 John Gruffith ap John of Llanvihangell Gener glyn, co. Card., yeoman. Covenant To Levy A Fine and Agreement relating thereto, of a m. called Tythin Pant Philip and a watercorn mill in t. Cregenan, co. Mer., and a meadow called Gweirglodd y Rhos goch extending from Avon Corys of the one side and the highway leading from Aber Corys to the parish church of Talyllyn and adjoining the land of Rees ap Morgan, and a meadow called Y Rhos goch, t. Corys, whereby 3 is to stand seized to limited uses, namely that 3 agrees to reassure the property in Cregennan to 1, if 1 pays him £80 in 1610, and to reassure the property in Corys to 2, if 2 pays him £23 in 1618. This appears to be a further security for a mortgage.
