Release (as part of lease and release) by 1 to 2 (as trustees of 2 m's and adjoining land at Penucha yr Dre, p. Dolegelley, lying on the south-west side of a m. in the possession of 1, whereon is now erected the stone wall of a house intended for a chapel and a house on the south-east gable, for the use of people commonly called Methodists.
