Scope and Content

Devises all his m's and lands in town and p. Dolgelley, and Tynyffordd, p. Llanycnil, co. Mer., to his wife Anne Owen, and all his interest in a brig called Mervinia belonging to the port of Barmouth to his son Rice Owen Jones. Recites deed no. 134 of 1 Nov. 1779. Codicil dated 19 Sept. 1825. Devisee has sold Clogwynne, p. Dolgelley, for £120 and has purchased 25 acres called Pen y bwlch coch, p. Dolgelley, which he devises to his wife. See also no. 51.
