Scope and Content

He is grateful for the sympathy given in regards to a death in the family. Thanks Lady Penrhyn for offering/accepting to lay the foundation stone. Thanks Lord Penrhyn for his offer to provide the heating appartus which will be gratefully received by the people. Hopes that the school will be an example elsewhere and comments that education will reconcile the classes in Wales.
