Full title: 'A case in view consider'd : in a discourse, proving that [in case our present invalidly deprived fathers shall leave all their sees vacant, either by death or resignation] we shall not then beobliged to keep up our separation from those bishops, who are as yet involved in the guilt of the present unhappy schism'.

First line of text reads:'Our little flock (however sorry for the unhappy occasion) are competently well agreed in our practice in relation to the present Schism'; the text ends: 'On the contrary besides the Baroccian MS. there is another collection of Photius the Patriarch in MS. also, of several examples, wherein such past irregularityes had bin in general , ratifyed after a reconciliation'.
