Addressed to: 'Men & Brethren'. First line of text reads: 'Tho' I am sensible yt several letters have been dirrected [sic!] to you within these few months'. Text ends: '... ye most earnest wishes & ferv[ent] prayers of many of your faithful ministers in [Chri]st ; especially of The meanest of them,&c.'.
References to the'Bishop of Bath & Wells' [Thomas Ken] probably date this to around 1690.
