Correspondence between Peter Carmichael, John D Davidson, solicitor, Forres, and John C Hughes of Bell & Hughes, wine merchants, 38 Fenchurch Street, London. Relates to the setting up and their administration as trustees of a fund settled on Captain Ludovic M. Carmichael of the 5th Lancers, by his aunt, Miss Helen Carmichael, Forres, Aberdeenshire (deceased 5 October, 1877).
