Also, roup of grass parks let by Peter Carmichael, sales of turnips and hay auctioned by Peter McIntyre; sales of horses auctioned by MacDonald, Fraser & Co., Perth, and also by private treaty to James Robertson, 45 Perth Road, Dundee. Letter from William Stephen to Mr Gow, Arthurstone, regarding the purchase of cattle from Peter Carmichael together with a request for a 'luck penny'.
