Card., and Robert Lloyd of Oswestry, Shropshire, esq's. 2 John Jones of the town and bor. of Aberystwyth, co. Card., esq. 3 Thomas Phipps of Llwyn y Mapsis, Shropshire, esq. Release (to make a tenant to the praecipe for suffering a recovery) of a capital m. and lands called Abermaide, a dwelling house, garden and water corn grist mill called Abermaide Mill, m's and lands called Tanygraig an Allt Mai, a moiety of the m. and lands called Cwm Edwig, a water corn grist mill and other m's in p's Llanychaiarn and Llanilar, a mansion house and lands called the Plas in the town of Llanbadarn vawr, ten parcels of land called Park y groe, Ddole Vach, Cae Crwn, Cae Helig, Parkddole Dai, Cae or Park Howell, Dole Lâs Ucha, Dole Lâs Issa, Cae Mawr or Park Ucha and Cae mawr Issa, a m. and lands the other side of Rheidol called Cigfraen and m's and lands called Ty tair Shimthey and Geifron otherwise Godor Goch, all in p. Llanbadarn Vawr, m's and lands called Craig y Broch, Tyn r Helig, Penlan Lâs, Ty Llwyd and Gilfach, Brynglâs and Pantmawr in man. Llanbadarn Vawr within p's Llanbadarn Vawr, Llanbadarn y Croiddyn and Llanilar, a parcel of land called Pen Maes glase adjoining Tygwyn, the lime kiln and another parcel of land where a dwelling house and garden formerly stood called Trevechan, and a m. and garden, all in or near the town of Aberystwyth, and declaration of uses subject to a mortgage of £7235 on the said property.
