Scope and Content

Following a meeting at Llanybydder as to the enclosure of waste lands in p's Llanybydder and Llanllwni, he writes on behalf of the commoners to beg the recipient to ask the head of the Woods and Forests Office to reconsider the matter and grant more reasonable terms than those previously offered. States that the people of Llanybydder and Llanllwni feel aggrieved at their being allowed worse terms than their neighbours in p's Pencerrig and Llanfihangel ar Arth.
